The game between Top Four teams took place in Warszawa. First ranked host Legia (8-2) defeated 4th ranked BM Slam Stal (6-4) 89-73. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of BM Slam Stal. Legia looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Swingman Jakub Karolak (196-93, agency: Alti Sport) scored 27 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Jamel Morris (193-92, college: Fairmont St.) chipped in 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Legia's coach Wojciech Kaminski used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side Croatian center Josip Sobin (203-89, agency: Alti Sport) responded with 17 points and 9 rebounds and American point guard James Florence (185-88, college: Mercer) scored 16 points. Five Legia and four BM Slam Stal players scored in double figures. Legia have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 8-2 record. BM Slam Stal at the other side keeps the fourth place with four games lost. They share the position with 3 other teams. Legia are looking forward to face league's second-placed Start in Lublin in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. BM Slam Stal will play at home against MKS DG and is hoping to prove to their fans that the loss was just an accident.
