The game between closely ranked teams ended with sixth ranked Katy Wroc.'s (3-2) home victory over 7th ranked Slask 3 (1-3) 84-67 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was point guard Michal Lipinski (185-86) who scored 12 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Center Wojciech Suprun (201-82) chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds. Five Katy Wroc. players scored in double figures. Point guard Kacper Burakiewicz (180-2) produced 19 points and 4 assists and guard Mikolaj Styczen (187-2) added 19 points and 4 assists respectively for the guests. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Katy Wroc. moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams. Newly promoted Slask 3 dropped to the eighth position with three games lost. Katy Wroc. will face Nysa (#8) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Slask 3's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Wroclaw Gimbasket.
