Very predictable result when Pyrinto Ak.A rolled over MuKi in Helsinki 89-68 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Pyrinto Ak.A. MuKi was better in third quarter 18-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Pyrinto Ak.A dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to MuKi's 24. They outrebounded MuKi 49-38 including 18 on the offensive glass. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Pyrinto Ak.A made 9 blocks. Guard Karo Puittinen (195-99) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Tomas Pihlajamaki (194-0) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds for the winners.
