Regular Season Round 2: Solares - Easo 83-77

Undefeated Easo (0-1) recorded its first loss on the court of eleventh ranked Solares on Sunday night. Visitors were defeated by Solares 83-77. The winners were led by American-British center Kaj-Bjorn Sherman (213-92, college: UTSA) who scored that evening 34 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds and Diego Garcia (192-0) supported him with 13 points and 6 rebounds. Four Solares players scored in double figures. Even 21 points and 5 rebounds by Gorka Etxezarreta (192-97) did not help to save the game for Easo. Martin Dorronsoro (200-1) added 12 points, 11 rebounds and 4 blocks for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Solares (1-1) left bottom position moving up to fifth place in Group A-A. Loser Easo still closes the standings with one game lost. They share the position with Baskonia B and Santurtzi. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
