Very important is a road loss of second ranked Lucenec (6-3) against seventh ranked Inter Bratislava (3-6) on Friday night. Visiting Lucenec was defeated by Inter Bratislava in a tough game in Bratislava 60-66. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Lucenec. Worth to mention a great performance of Lithuanian forward Arnas Berucka (196-97, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Argentinian point guard Lautaro Lopez (188-99) contributed with 11 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American forward James Murray-Boyles (201-97, college: UNCP) replied with 16 points and 8 rebounds and his fellow American import point guard Dominique Hawkins (183-94, college: Kentucky) added 8 points, 7 assists and 4 steals in the effort for Lucenec. Lucenec's coach Peter Jankovic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Defending champion moved-up to sixth place. Lucenec at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. Inter Bratislava will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Lucenec will play at home against Levice and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
