Diablos beat at home Brillantes by 14 points 83-69, which is the biggest margin this round. Diablos forced 28 Brillantes turnovers. Brillantes were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Point guard Osman Alvarez (174-93) notched 8 points, 7 rebounds, 13 assists and 6 steals to lead the effort and point guard Leinfer Montes (192-94) supported him with 17 points and 5 rebounds. Four Diablos players scored in double figures. Even 14 points and 8 rebounds by swingman Raymond Rada (194-97) did not help to save the game for Brillantes.
