Regular Season Round 6: Helsingborg - A3 Basket 66-103

Bottom-ranked Helsingborg (0-5) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their fifth consecutive match to sixth ranked A3 Basket (3-2) 103-66. The game without a history. A3 Basket led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Helsingborg to just 5 points in fourth quarter. A3 Basket dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Helsingborg's 40. They outrebounded Helsingborg 46-28 including a 36-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Point guard Patricia Elias (160-0) added 14 points and 7 assists. A3 Basket maintains sixth position with 3-2 record, which they share with Sodertalje and Hogsbo. Newly promoted Helsingborg still closes the standings with five games lost. A3 Basket will play against higher ranked Norrkoping Dolphins (#4) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Helsingborg will play against the league's second-placed IK Eos (#2) in Lund and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
