Catz Lappeenranta has finally registered their first victory this season after five consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat ViVe (1-5) 75-73. The hosts were ahead by 1 point but lost the second period ending it with a 3-point deficit before their 25-20 run, which allowed them to win the game. It was a good game for international forward Veera Pirttinen (180-97) who led her team to a victory with 30 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Roosa Kosonen (183-0) contributed with 22 points and 8 rebounds for the winners.
