Very important is a road loss of third ranked Slask 2 (5-3) against seventh ranked Dziki Wwa (4-2) on Wednesday night. Visiting Slask 2 was crushed by Dziki Wwa in Warszawa 84-63. Dziki Wwa had a 37-25 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Point guard Patryk Gospodarek (184-94, agency: Octagon Europe) nailed 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and Pawel Krefft (196-96) accounted for 19 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Tomasz Zelezniak (200-98) came up with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds and Kacper Gordon (186-2) added 14 points respectively for Slask 2 in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Newly promoted Dziki Wwa maintains seventh place with 4-2 record. Slask 2 lost third consecutive game. Slask 2 at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the fifth position with three games lost. Dziki Wwa will meet Prudnik (#11) on the road in the next round. Slask 2 will play against Kolobrzeg (#15) and hope to secure a win.
