Bucaros did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 105-88. Bucaros made 31-of-32 charity shots (96.9 percent) during the game. Piratas were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Dominican point guard Adris De-Leon (180-84, college: EWU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists (was perfect 13-for-13 from the free throw line !!!). American power forward Anthony Young (200-89, college: KWC) contributed with 25 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Bucaros' coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Brandon Givens (198-87, college: NC-Wesleyan) replied with a double-double by scoring 40 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds and his fellow American import center John-A Thomas (200-82, college: Columbus St.) added 12 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Piratas. Five Bucaros and four Piratas players scored in double figures. Bucaros moved-up to fourth place. Piratas lost fifth consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost.
