No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked HBA-Marsky (3-2) crushed 11th ranked Korikouvot (1-4) in Helsinki 89-62 on Thursday. The game without a history. HBA-Marsky led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. HBA-Marsky forced 19 Korikouvot turnovers. Swingman Erik Sajantila (195-1) orchestrated the victory by scoring 14 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Aarni Korkiatupa (198-2) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Four HBA-Marsky players scored in double figures. HBA-Marsky's coach Juha Sten felt very confident that he used entire bench saving starting five for next games. Forward Joel Mantynen (199-2) answered with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and swingman Teemu Knihtinen (194-98) added 6 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Korikouvot.
