There was no surprise when 8th ranked Marbella (1-1) lost at home to top-ranked Zentro Basket (4-0) 78-73 on Saturday. Zentro Basket outrebounded Marbella 43-19 including a 21-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for Argentinian Agustin Barreiro (203-99) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Portuguese power forward Goncalo Delgado (203-98, agency: Dynamics Global Management) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Four Zentro Basket players scored in double figures. Power forward Devin Wright (202-86) replied with 18 points and Danish swingman David Knudsen (196-94, college: Marist) added 12 points and 5 assists in the effort for Marbella. Zentro Basket moved-up to second place in Silver. Loser Marbella dropped to the ninth position with one game lost. Zentro Basket will face league's leader Estela in Santander in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Marbella will play on the road against Moron (#11) in Morón de la Frontera and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
