Regular Season Round 8: Notec Inowr. - SMS PZKosz 102-65

Undefeated leader Notec Inowr. delivered the sixth consecutive victory on Saturday night. This time they crushed bottom-ranked SMS PZKosz (0-3) 102-65 in Inowroclaw. Notec Inowr. made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 32 SMS PZKosz turnovers. It was a great shooting night for Notec Inowr. especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 55.0 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Worth to mention a quality performance of center Bartosz Muda (202-96) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 8 rebounds and guard Mateusz Marciniak (190-90) who added 23 points (perfect from downtown making all seven shots !!!) during the contest. Four Notec Inowr. players scored in double figures. Guard Nataniel Kolasinski (187-2) responded with 21 points and 5 rebounds and center Kamil Bialachowski (200-2) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Notec Inowr. (6-0) have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position with a perfect record of 6 victories in a row, which they share with Rydzyna. Loser SMS PZKosz still closes the standings with three games lost. Notec Inowr. will meet Politechnika Gd. (#8) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. SMS PZKosz will play against Gniezno (#6) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
