Regular Season Round 10: Tychy - Wisla Krakow 74-87

Very important is a home loss of second ranked Tychy (6-2) against fourteenth ranked Wisla Krakow (3-6) on Saturday night. Host Tychy was defeated by Wisla Krakow in Tychy 87-74. Wisla Krakow players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Michal Chrabota (196-99) notched 25 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and power forward Jakub Zaczek (204-96) supported him with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Wisla Krakow's coach Piotr Piecuch allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds by power forward Patryk Kedel (201-99) did not help to save the game for Tychy. Guard Filip Stryjewski (193-99) added 16 points for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Wisla Krakow moved-up to thirteenth place. Tychy at the other side dropped to the fourth position with two games lost. Wisla Krakow will play against higher ranked WKK Wroclaw (#3) at home in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Tychy will play against Dziki Wwa in Warszawa and hopes to get back on the winning track.
