The game between Top Four teams took place in Minsk. Third ranked host Tsmoki-Minsk (7-1) defeated 4th placed Rubon (4-3) 79-67. The hosts trailed by 6 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 8-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 79-67. Tsmoki-Minsk dominated on the defensive end, holding Rubon to just 6 points in second quarter. They also forced 21 Rubon turnovers and had a 18-6 advantage in offensive rebounds.
