His fellow American import forward Craig Victor-II (206-95, college: LSU) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Five Koping Stars players scored in double figures. Forward Emil Haglund (201-96) answered with 13 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Germain Jordan (198-86, college: Dillard) added 14 points in the effort for Umea. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Koping Stars moved-up to seventh place. Umea at the other side dropped to the eighth position with four games lost. Koping Stars will play against league's leader Norrkoping Dolphins on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Umea will have a break next round.
