We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Leioa where 5th ranked Picken Claret (2-3) was defeated by sixth ranked Godella (2-2) 78-66 on Saturday. Godella forced 21 Picken Claret turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 54.2 percentage. Godella looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Forward David Carrascosa (193-94) scored 19 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and guard Alejandro Garcia (186-93) chipped in 10 points and 6 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Daniel Perez (187-1) with 14 points and 5 assists and center Juan Bermejo (197-98) scored 12 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Godella moved-up to fifth place in Group E-A. Picken Claret lost third consecutive game.
