Regular Season Round 6: UCAM Murcia 2 - Gandia 88-85

A very interesting game took place in Murcia. It ended with only three-point defeat on the road of one of their biggest challengers Gandia (2-2) to eighth ranked UCAM Murcia 2 (2-3) 88-85 on Sunday evening. It was a good game for Danish point guard Noah Sorensen (194-3) who led his team to a victory with 26 points (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field). Swingman Ismael Corraliza (192-0) contributed with 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. UCAM Murcia 2's coach Carmen Puigcerver used entire bench in such tough game. Center Alejandro Vera (202-97) replied with 28 points and 5 rebounds and guard Alejandro Requena (189-1) added 12 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Gandia. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. UCAM Murcia 2 moved-up to seventh place in Group E-B, which they share with Tabernes. Gandia at the other side dropped to the sixth position with two games lost. UCAM Murcia 2's next round opponent will be Ontinent (#9) on the road.
