Very expected game when 10th ranked Cangrejeros (3-9) were smashed on the road by fifth ranked Supersonicos (8-4) 81-59. Supersonicos outrebounded Cangrejeros 48-26 including a 34-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Cangrejeros' players. The former international center Javinger Vargas (202-90) fired 12 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Forward Kelvin Caraballo (198-88) chipped in 15 points. Four Supersonicos players scored in double figures. Swingman Alvaro Rodriguez (195-99) produced 16 points and swingman Jesus Ramos (187-97) added 10 points respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Supersonicos moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Centauros. Cangrejeros at the other side keep the tenth position with nine games lost.
