Regular Season Round 10: Samorin - SK UMB BB 81-52

Rather expected game when 7th ranked SK UMB BB (1-8) was crushed on the road by fourth ranked Samorin (6-4) 81-52. Samorin forced 20 SK UMB BB turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of international point guard Laura Horvatova (165-97) who helped to win the game recording 22 points. The former international guard Timea Sujova (172-84) contributed with 18 points, 6 assists and 5 steals for the winners. Katarina Piperkova (175-95) replied with 10 points and 7 rebounds and Petra Stevulova (175-95) added 14 points in the effort for SK UMB BB. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Samorin maintains fourth position with 6-4 record. SK UMB BB lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the seventh place with eight games lost.
