Important game to mention about took place in Gniezno. Eighth ranked Politechnika Gd. (3-5) saved a 1-point victory on the road edging 7th ranked Gniezno (3-5) 62-61 in the game for the seventh place. Politechnika Gd. forced 22 Gniezno turnovers. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Politechnika Gd. moved-up to seventh place, which they share with defeated Gniezno. Politechnika Gd. will play against AWFiS Gdynia (#12) at home in the next round where they are favorite.
