Roseto used a home court advantage and defeated the opponent from Jesi 80-70 on Sunday night. Roseto dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Jesi's 24. Naturalized Serbian Aleksa Nikolic (205-99) stepped up and scored 17 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and swingman Jacopo Lucarelli (197-96, agency: Players Group) chipped in 15 points. Four Roseto players scored in double figures. At the losing side Massimiliano Ferraro (199-98) responded with 19 points and swingman Mattia Magrini (190-93) scored 14 points. Jesi's coach Marcello Ghizzinardi rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Roseto will face Civitanova on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Jesi will play against Ancona and hope to win that game.
