Regular Season Round 15: Enea Zastal - Start 90-75

The game between Top Four teams took place in Zielona Gora. First ranked host Zastal Enea BC (13-1) defeated 3rd placed Start (9-5) 90-75. Zastal Enea BC dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Start's 32. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. It was a great evening for American center Geoffrey Groselle (213-93, college: Creighton) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). Danish guard Gabriel Lundberg (193-94) helped adding 19 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists. The best for the losing side was Latvian Martins Laksa (200-90) with 20 points (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) and American guard Sherron Dorsey-Walker (194-93, college: Oakland) scored 11 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Zastal Enea BC and five Start players scored in double figures. Zastal Enea BC have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 13-1 record. Start at the other side dropped to the fourth position with five games lost. Zastal Enea BC are looking forward to face Trefl (#5) in Sopot in the next round. Start will play at home against Spojnia and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
