Regular Season Round 10: Milano - Alpo 76-82

The biggest surprise of round 10 in Serie A2 was guest Alpo's (5-4) road victory over Milano (#8) 82-76 on Saturday evening. Power forward Veronica DellOlio (185-93) fired a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Anastasia Conte (174-0, agency: LBM Management) chipped in 24 points. Swingman Susanna Toffali (178-98) produced 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Alice Mandelli (172-93) added 16 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists respectively for lost side. Alpo moved-up to sixth place in A2. Milano at the other side keeps the eighth position with five games lost. Alpo are looking forward to face San Martino (#13) in San Martino di L in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Milano will play on the road against Mantova (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
