Regular Season Round 13: Wisla Krakow - Prudnik 76-84

There was a small surprise when fifteenth ranked Prudnik (4-8) defeated on the road 12th ranked Wisla Krakow (5-8) 84-76 on Saturday. Point guard Grzegorz Mordzak (182-77) stepped up and scored 22 points and 4 assists for the winners and Wojciech Pisarczyk (201-88) chipped in 17 points and 9 rebounds. At the losing side Michal Chrabota (196-99) responded with 24 points and 6 rebounds and power forward Jakub Zaczek (204-96) scored 17 points and 5 rebounds. Wisla Krakow's coach Piotr Piecuch rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Prudnik maintains fifteenth place with 4-8 record. Newly promoted Wisla Krakow dropped to the eleventh position with eight games lost. Prudnik will face higher ranked WKK Wroclaw (#3) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
