Undefeated Tresnjevka (4-1) recorded its first loss in Osijek on Saturday night. Visitors were defeated by fourth ranked Mursa (4-3) 62-51. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Tresnjevka. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. They outrebounded Tresnjevka 46-33 including 34 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was Sena Matesic-Pavetic who had a double-double by scoring 13 points and 15 rebounds. Swingman Magdalena Mihaljevic (176-3) chipped in 15 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Mursa players scored in double figures. Guard Hana Muhl (175-3) produced 17 points and 6 rebounds and Anja Majstorovic (186-94) added 7 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals respectively for the guests. Mursa moved-up to second place, which they share with Pula. Tresnjevka at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost. Mursa is looking forward to face Pozega (#6) at home in the next round. Tresnjevka will play against FSV Rijeka (#5) and is hoping to win this game.
