Point guard Juana Molina-Prados (172-91) came up with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Finnish guard Elina Koskimies (183-95, college: American) added 8 points and 5 rebounds respectively for GDKO Bizkaia in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the ninth consecutive win for Ferrol. They maintain first place with 9-0 record. GDKO Bizkaia at the other side keeps the fourth position with three games lost. Ferrol's next round opponent will be Coruna (#9) at home and are hoping to win another game. GDKO Bizkaia will play against Adareva (#8) and hope to win that game.
