The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Inner M. (12-1) at the home court on Friday night. Hosts were defeated by third ranked Magic Deer (12-2) 94-81. It ended at the same time the 12-game winning streak of Inner M.. Magic Deer forced 19 Inner M. turnovers. The former international point guard LiWei Yang (175-95) replied with 21 points and international point guard Yuan Li (170-0) added 17 points and 5 assists in the effort for Inner M.Magic Deer have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 12-2 record having just one point less than leader Inner M. Inner M. at the other side still keeps top place with one game lost. They share the position with Jiangsu. Magic Deer are looking forward to face Flame (#6) in Taiyuan in the next round.
