Regular Season Round 3: Roseto - Fabriano 72-67

There was a minor upset when Fabriano (2-1) lost on the road to Roseto (2-1) 72-67 on Sunday. It was a good game for guard Edoardo Di-Emidio (189-93) who led his team to a victory with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Naturalized Serbian Aleksa Nikolic (205-99) contributed with 12 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The former international power forward Luca Garri (208-82) answered with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 12 rebounds and point guard Daniele Merletto (175-93) added 12 points in the effort for Fabriano. Five Roseto and four Fabriano players scored in double figures. Roseto will face Ancona (#4) on the road in the next round. Fabriano will play against Civitanova and hope to win that game.
