Very important is a road loss of second ranked ASVEL (4-1) against tenth ranked Dijon (3-3) on Sunday night. Visiting ASVEL was defeated by Dijon in a tough game in Dijon 59-66. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of ASVEL. Dijon forced 23 ASVEL turnovers. Forward Francois Lukisu-Tshiwala (200-1) notched a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) to lead the effort and forward Tom Hyenne (194-0) supported him with 18 points and 5 steals. Even 22 points by Elwin Ndjock (200-1) did not help to save the game for ASVEL. Forward Victor Diallo (201-1) added 13 points and 5 rebounds. Dijon moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Limoges. ASVEL at the other side keeps the second position with one game lost. Dijon's next round opponent will be league's leader Strasbourg on the road and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
