No shocking result in a game when Bnot Hertzeliya (2-1) beat at home Ramat Hasharon (0-3) 84-75 on Monday. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Marina Mabrey (180-96, college: Notre Dame, agency: Wasserman) who led the winners and scored 40 points (!!!) and 5 steals (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!). Nigerian-American power forward Victoria Macaulay (193-90, college: Temple) accounted for 25 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. American guard Jackie Young (183-97, college: Notre Dame, agency: Wasserman) came up with 26 points, 6 assists and 4 steals and the other American import center Alaina Coates (193-95, college: S.Carolina) added 15 points and 17 rebounds respectively for Ramat Hasharon in the defeat. Bnot Hertzeliya will meet Ramla on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Ramat Hasharon will play against M.Haifa (#4) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
