Regular Season Round 10: PBB - Agustinos 78-53

We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 6th ranked Agustinos (2-4) was outscored by seventh ranked PBB (2-1) in Porrino 78-53 on Saturday. PBB dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Agustinos' 20. PBB forced 22 Agustinos turnovers and outrebounded them 47-35 including 19 on the offensive glass. It was a very good performance for point guard Lucas Vaquero (185-89) who helped to win the game recording 12 points and 8 rebounds. Center Oscar Rodriguez (200-99) contributed with 6 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Forward Miguel Dominguez (197-95) replied with 15 points and 9 rebounds and forward Juan Del-Rio (195-96) added 9 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Agustinos. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. PBB moved-up to second place, which they share with 5 other teams. Newly promoted Agustinos dropped to the seventh position with four games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
