There was a small surprise in Torrenovese where sixteenth ranked Torrenova (1-3) defeated 13th ranked Sangiorgese (1-3) 79-66 on Sunday. Torrenova shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 61.9 percentage. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Giorgio Galipo (175-99) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and power forward Mirko Gloria (203-95, agency: Players Group) who added 15 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Bosnian Stefan Malkic (199-0) responded with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and swingman Andrea Picarelli (196-96, agency: SLN) scored 8 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Sangiorgese's coach Daniele Quilici tested eleven players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
