Very predictable result when sixth ranked Maccabi Ashdod (4-2) won against at home 13th ranked H.Acre (1-5) 87-78. American forward Billy McShepard (208-87, college: Valdosta St., agency: Blacktop Management) fired 25 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Jamaican-American swingman Durand Scott (195-90, college: Miami, FL) chipped in 17 points and 5 rebounds. Maccabi Ashdod's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
