Bottom-ranked Al Rayyan (0-6) is still winless. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their sixth consecutive match to third ranked Al Shamal (4-1) 90-76 on Tuesday evening. The best player for the winners was Lebanese guard Wael Arakji (194-94) who scored 30 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Georgian Mikhail Berishvili (204-87) chipped in 31 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American Tavarion Nix (201-92, college: Midwestern St.) who recorded a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and international center Meho Haracic (213-98) added 23 points and 10 rebounds respectively.
