Rather expected game when 9th ranked Ourense (2-7) was defeated at home by seventh ranked Valladolid (3-5) 88-78. Valladolid outrebounded Ourense 28-15 including 19 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Antoine Mason (191-92, college: Auburn) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 5 rebounds. Estonian Jaan Puidet (194-92, agency: Players Group) contributed with 14 points and 4 assists for the winners. Mason is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Valladolid players scored in double figures.
