Rather predictable result in Kielce where second ranked Tur Bielsk Pdl. (11-2) beat 6th ranked AZS UJK (6-6) 85-78 on Wednesday. Tur Bielsk Pdl. made 28-of-37 free shots (75.7 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 AZS UJK turnovers and outrebounded them 49-38 including 35 on the defensive glass. Tur Bielsk Pdl. looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. AZS UJK was plagued by 30 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was forward Rafal Krol (197-87) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. AZS UJK's coach Rafal Gil rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Tur Bielsk Pdl. maintains second position with 11-2 record having just one victory less than leader AZS UMCS. Loser AZS UJK dropped to the fifth place with six games lost.
