There was no surprise in Podgorica where 5th ranked Primorje 1945 (4-3) was defeated by leader S.Centar (6-0) 83-72 on Saturday. S.Centar looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The former international Emir Hadzibegovic (204-96) stepped up and scored 19 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners and international guard Igor Drobnjak (188-0) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals. Five S.Centar players scored in double figures. S.Centar's coach Nenad Trajkovic used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was forward Slobodan Miljanic (200-90, college: Lynn) with 29 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Veselin Kovacevic (202-94) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds.
