Rather expected game when 6th ranked Cento (2-2) lost at home to third ranked Scafati (6-1) 74-64 on Sunday. It was a good game for American power forward Charles Thomas (202-86, college: Arkansas) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 31 points and 10 rebounds. Maltese-American Darryl Jackson (190-85, college: WPU) contributed with 11 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Naturalized Serbian forward Danilo Petrovic (203-99) answered with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds and American guard Tekele Cotton (188-93, college: Wichita St.) added 20 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Cento. Scafati moved-up to second place, which they share with Napoli. Newly promoted Cento dropped to the eighth position with two games lost. Scafati will face league's second-placed Napoli at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Cento will play against Rieti (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
