The game with biggest difference of round 12 in 1Liga was host Katy Wrocl.'s (4-8) victory at home over higher ranked Tecza Leszno (6-6) 63-58 on Sunday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Tecza Leszno. They outrebounded Tecza Leszno 49-27 including a 36-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was forward Jagoda Oses (178-91) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Aleksandra Lata (180-92) chipped in 15 points and 9 rebounds. Four Katy Wrocl. players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was power forward Justyna Holtyn (185-94) who recorded 19 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Iga Walentowska (170-94) added 10 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals respectively. Katy Wrocl. moved-up to seventh place in Group B, which they share with Swarzedz. Tecza Leszno at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the fourth position with six games lost. Katy Wrocl. is looking forward to face higher ranked Pabianice (#3) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Tecza Leszno will play against Swarzedz and is hoping to win this game.
