Leader AZS PK recorded the thirteenth victory on Sunday night. This time they crushed 10th ranked Wisla Krakow (1-12) 83-36. AZS PK held Wisla Krakow to an opponent 23.2 percent shooting from the field compared to 49.2 percent accuracy of the winners. AZS PK forced 30 Wisla Krakow turnovers. It was a great shooting night for AZS PK especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 60.0 percentage. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. AZS PK (13-1) have an impressive 13-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Group B. Wisla Krakow lost seventh consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with 12 games lost. AZS PK will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Wisla Krakow will play against Widzew (#5) in Lodz and hope to win that game.
