No shocking result in a game when eighth ranked H.Beer Sheva (5-5) beat at home 11th ranked Bnei Hasharon (2-8) 94-86. H.Beer Sheva forced 23 Bnei Hasharon turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists. American players dominated the game. It was a great evening for point guard Dominic Waters (186-86, college: Portland St., agency: Octagon Europe) who led his team to a victory scoring 21 points and 8 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Forward Eric Griffin (203-90, college: Campbell) helped adding 25 points and 5 rebounds. H.Beer Sheva's coach Rami Hadar allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Power forward Terell Parks (205-91, college: W.Illinois, agency: Octagon Europe) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds and guard Abdul Gaddy (193-92, college: Washington) scored 12 points and 8 assists. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. H.Beer Sheva moved-up to seventh place. Newly promoted Bnei Hasharon keeps the eleventh position with eight games lost. H.Beer Sheva will play against Ironi Nes-Ziona (#9) in Nes Ziyona in the next round. Bnei Hasharon will play on the road against Hapoel Tel-Aviv and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
