There was a surprise result when fifteenth ranked Cesena (1-4) smashed at home higher ranked Alba (1-4) 85-64 on Wednesday. Cesena forced 21 Alba turnovers. Alba was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was swingman Gioacchino Chiappelli (198-91, agency: SLN) who scored 18 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field).
