Regular Season Round 15: Sudety - Rydzyna 73-84

Very predictable result when second ranked Rycerze (10-2) won against 7th ranked Sudety (7-7) in Jelenia Gora 84-73 on Saturday. It was a good game for the former international Kamil Chanas (190-85) who led his team to a victory with 24 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Center Szymon Milczynski (204-93) contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 19 rebounds for the winners. Four Rycerze players scored in double figures. Guard Lukasz Niesobski (189-85) answered with 20 points and 6 assists and power forward Jaroslaw Wilusz (200-85) added 6 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Sudety. The victory was the third consecutive win for Rycerze. They keep a position of Group D leader, which they share with Miedzychod. Sudety lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the seventh place with seven games lost. Rycerze will face Katy Wroc. (#6) in Katy Wroclawskie in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Sudety will play on the road against Pleszew and hope to win that game.
