Bottom-ranked Moron (0-10) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their tenth consecutive match to fifth ranked Zamorano (7-4) 82-74. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Namdi Okonkwo (213-94, college: Pacific) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 9 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Bryce Canda (193-95, college: Portland St.) contributed with 13 points for the winners. Canda is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Forward Alejandro Rodriguez (200-98) answered with 12 points and 9 rebounds and forward Jose Jimenez (197-96) added 15 points in the effort for Moron. Five Zamorano and four Moron players scored in double figures. Moron's coach Antonio Lopez let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Zamorano moved-up to fourth place in Silver. Moron at the other side still closes the standings with ten games lost. Zamorano's next round opponent will be league's leader Juaristi ISB in Azpeitia and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Moron will play on the road against Ponferrada (#5) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
