The most exciting game of round 13 in the Serie A2 took place in Pistoia. This derby game ended with only three-point defeat on the road of much higher ranked Ferrara (8-3) to sixth ranked Pistoia (5-5) 90-87 on Sunday evening. At the losing side American forward AJ Pacher (208-92, college: Wright St.) responded with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds and the other American import guard Kenny Hasbrouck (191-86, college: Siena) scored 14 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Pistoia have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain sixth place with 5-5 record, which they share with Milano and Casale. Ferrara at the other side keeps the second position with three games lost. They share it with Napoli. Pistoia is looking forward to face league's leader Forli at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Ferrara will play against Eurobasket RO and is hoping to win this game.
