Regular Season Round 9: Chalon - ASVEL 85-75

An interesting game took place in Chalon where higher ranked ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket (5-3) was upset on the court of sixteenth ranked Chalon/Saor (3-5) 85-75. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket. Chalon/Saor had a 26-14 advantage in offensive rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Chalon/Saor moved-up to twelfth place, which they share with Cholet and Gravelines. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket at the other side keeps the fifth position with three games lost.
