There was no surprise in Wladyslawowo where 11th ranked SMS PZKosz (3-11) was defeated by fifth ranked Chelmno (8-7) 91-86 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was guard Krystian Rosinski (190-98) who scored 24 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Daniel Belski (191-86) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds. Kacper Majewski (188-2) produced a triple-double by scoring 18 points, 15 rebounds and 12 assists and swingman Konrad Szymanski (188-2) added 19 points and 4 assists respectively for the hosts. Four Chelmno and five SMS PZKosz players scored in double figures. SMS PZKosz's coach Mariusz Niedbalski tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Chelmno moved-up to fourth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser SMS PZKosz keeps the eleventh position with 11 games lost. Chelmno will face Politechnika Gd. (#7) in Gdansk in the next round. SMS PZKosz will play on the road against Ogniwo Szcz. (#6) in Szczecin and hope to win that game.
