No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked Castelldefels (4-2) won against at home 6th ranked Alpicat (1-4) 62-55 on Sunday. It was a great evening for forward Eric Manes (194-87) who led his team to a victory scoring 20 points and 6 rebounds. Point guard Cristian Oliva (185-82) helped adding 10 points, 6 assists and 4 steals. Castelldefels' coach Raul Martinez used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was guard Albert Vallverdu (189-95) with 15 points and 6 rebounds and Arnau Garrabe (-97) scored 13 points. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Castelldefels. They moved-up to second place in Group C1. Alpicat lost their third game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the sixth position with four games lost. Castelldefels will face Olivar (#5) in Zaragoza in the next round.
