A very close game took place in Netanya between E.Netanya and Hasharon. Ninth ranked E.Netanya (5-5) got a very close home victory over 10th ranked Hasharon (3-5). E.Netanya managed to escape with a 2-point win 74-72 in the fight for the ninth place. E.Netanya looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. American guard Xavier Moon (188-95, college: Morehead St.) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists and guard Harol Dadon (193-98) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. E.Netanya maintains ninth position with 5-5 record. Loser Hasharon keeps the tenth place with five games lost. They share the position with M.Raanana. E.Netanya will again meet Hasharon (#12) in the next round. Hasharon will play against Maccabi Ashdod and hope to secure a win.
